Initially, before we met, I was honestly a little cautious at first, because of past experiences with overly pushy advisors. But from the very start, she’s been very relatable and easy to talk to! She took the time to assess my level of understanding and addressed my and uncertainties with finances/insurance in general, explained things clearly, and never made me feel judged or pressured.
What I appreciate most is that she really goes the extra mile for her clients — she checks in regularly, keeps me updated, and is always available when I have questions or concerns. I’ve also enjoyed connecting with her through different events over time, which makes the relationship feel more genuine and long-term. I feel very assured knowing I have someone I trust for insurance matters. :)
